Audience research
The first two questions were to identify the gender and age of the responder. 100% of the responses were from within my target age group, this making the data more accurate in determining an opinion on my target audience. The second question showed that 33% of the responses where from male and 66 from females showing how I had a diverse answer but more females than male which does not really effect the data too much as I was going for a gender neutral audience. The third questions asked which advert was preferred, the first advert got 77.78% of the votes making it the clear choice. This gives me an idea of what to follow when creating my final image. The forth question isolated the reason why the advert was preferred and it was a varying amount of reasons that I can use when creating my final image. The 5th question also isolated the reasons why the advert reached the audience which I can use when creating my final image. The 6th question confirmed that the social media links work with my image and shows that I should add them too my final image. The seventh question shows wether my tagline works and that I should have it in my final image. The 8th question showed that my logo with the lightening is the better logo and I will use it in my final image. The 9th question showed that the logo worked in reaching my audience. The tenth question showed what I should do when creating the image and editing.
Location reports
The shoot will take place in a college stairwell. On a white background.

The equipment used should not be a risk to saftey in any way. It is possible for a person to trip on a tripod leg and damage the camera and themselves. To avoid this people should not run and be careful of where they step.

Final evaluation
For this image it follows the idea of anchoring the texts and image. The slogan links to the text and the slogan links to the idea of being causal and active which links to the image. The social media links relate to the young audience and reaching out to them which relates to my audience research as it was shown to work well. I also used glistening generalities with 'great' which relates to the gender neutral young audience as it keeps it open and nonspecific. Even though the image has a male teen the advert does not have anything gender specific.
The text relates to idea of teen by using headphones which relates to the target audience of 16-24. Then the charge the wave is in a modern and serif font which also relates to that audience. The image does contain a male teen but does not contain any language or features that isolate the audience as just males.
This image shares the media elements as the other images but in a different arrangement. The text links to the images. The glistening generalities is used in 'smell great'. The term '48 hour protection' links to the product and the purpose to sell. and the idea of keeping the product as a necessity rather than a fashion choice. Even though the image is of a female teen it contains nothing that is gender specific which relates to the target audience of non gender specific.
The image relates to the audience as the model is a teen and wearing nothing that contains a brand which keeps it away from being a fashion choice and rather a necessity. The text 'charge the wave' links to the audience as it is sans serif which links to a younger audience.

Main image
I would like to use an image like this as it links to the audience of 16-24 year olds and my theme of casual. For my photo I would like to get in closer and not have it on an angle. The dead pan expression is also something I would like to use for my photos. The plain background also works for my image as I want the focus to be on the model and additional elements I add like the bottle and logo.
This image works for my adverts but I want to get in closer with my shot. The model is smiling in this photo which is something I don't want with my photos as I want to use deadpan expressions that links to my casual theme. The background works in being simplistic and plain as I want the viewer to focus on the model, logo and bottle.
This photo works in that it has the deadpan expression but is again not close in enough. The background kinda works for my idea but it does have some complexity that I do not want for my image. The model does fit my theme of casual.
This image works more than any others, it has the plain background that allows for focus on the model, bottle and logo. The deadpan expression links to my theme of casual. The clothing and model links to my target audience of 16-24. I do not want to use the skateboard as a prop in my images.
Typography, Logo and product design
For my tag line I wanted to link to the idea of being active and incorporating the brand name of wave. I first thought of the idea of 'go further do more' but it did link the name so I chose 'charge the wave' which links to the idea of being active and has the brand name.
I would like to pursue this logo idea because it works with the audience idea of active audience. I can use the slogan "charge the wave"

Final images and edits
I started by creating a multiple text layers that contained all the tag lines I want for each of my images. This was done using the text tool in photoshop. I chose to separate most of it out so I could rearrange them differently for each image and exclude some parts for different images
I then added a wave text layer that I created to work with my logo. I added it as a separate layer so that I could arrange it differently for each image.
I then added my bottle that I had created with the logo on it.
I then added my full proper logo in. This is separate from the 'Wave' text layer so that I could have the two separate and in different arrangements if I wanted too.
I then created some social media links using photoshop and grouped them. All I did was download each social media's logo and added them into photoshop. Created a text layer for each and put a fake account name.
